Midlands law firm Berryman has formalised its legal and
non-legal expertise for healthcare businesses with the creation of
a new, multi-disciplinary and dedicated team - Berryman Healthcare
- considered the first of its kind.
The team, which was launched at an event at the firm's offices
in Nottingham last week and is led by Roger Harcourt, a partner and
specialist corporate lawyer, is founded on a commitment to
providing a holistic approach and solution for businesses operating
in the healthcare sector.

Speaking at the event, Roger Harcourt explained the rationale
and background to the team and its combined multi-disciplinary
expertise: "The creation of the team and the manner, in which we
have combined legal and non-legal expertise, has been driven by
what we consider are the far-reaching needs and demands of today's
healthcare sector and the businesses operating in it.
"We have identified four key areas of vital importance to
healthcare businesses, in which our dedicated sector team can
