Shropshire residents to give views on clinical cosmetic treatments

Despite the recession the clinical cosmetic industry is growing faster than ever, and over the next two weeks Shropshire people will be helping to shape its future when they take part in a series of Focus Groups being held in Shrewsbury and Telford.

The Focus Groups will be led by local business improvement consultants, The Business Company, who have been engaged to carry out market research on behalf of the Skin Clinic based at the Dental Spa on Oxon Business Park, Shrewsbury.

Ellen Morley, Principal of The Business Company, said: "The Skin Clinic has a highly focused strategy about where it is going and to get there it needs to understand both what its current client base wants and what other potential new clients out in the market place want from a skin clinic. To this same end The Business Company has wide experience of running Focus Groups for many different industries and organisations across the UK."

"Over the next two weeks we will be finding out what expectations the people of Shrewsbury and Telford have of the clinical cosmetic industry and its treatments, and what they would like to see offered by their ideal clinic. We will also be assessing their level of understanding in respect of language used to describe treatments, as our clients see this as an essential part of giving their clients the confidence to undergo what, in some instances, can be life changing treatments."
