Nottingham-based Blusource Professional Services, which is fast
becoming recognised as the East Midlands most dynamic search and
selection consultancy, has secured Christopher Eadie, one of the
region's most influential recruitment professionals, to head up the
launch of its Corporate division.
Christopher, who began his professional career in the City,
spent the last 11 years as a director of a highly successful
corporate search business in the Midlands before being headhunted
by Blusource's chief executive, the entrepreneur Andrew
Springhall.
Specialising in sourcing and placing top level appointments in
the areas of asset based lending; banking and finance; factoring
& invoice discounting and fund management, Christopher is
already in negotiation with key national and international contacts
with a view to undertaking bespoke commissions on Blusource's
behalf.
"It is refreshing to join forces with a professional with a
similar business ethos. Andrew and I both believe that the standard
of service Blusource can provide for both clients and candidates is
exemplary. Professional search and selection should be integral in
the development of every business, it is our role to partner that
process for the benefit of our clients, their businesses and in
turn the business of Blusource." Eadie commented.
Now operating from newly acquired premises in the heart of the
city's professional quarter at 13 Clarendon Street, Blusource
Corporate takes it place alongside the three other Blusource
divisions, Legal, Professional and Executive, each specialising in
its own specific business sector. Chief Executive Andrew Springhall
said: "Christopher's appointment is key to the completion of phase
one of the Blusource master plan, as we continue to build the
business into the region's, and then hopefully the nation's leading
search and selection consultancy."
Christopher lives in Nottinghamshire with his wife Emily and
their sons, Rufus, Rex and Milo. He shares his love of the
countryside with his flat-coated retriever Tizzy undertaking
sponsored walks which include traversing the Brecon Beacons, the
Lake District and Snowdonia.
