Bob Hingston has been elected Chair of Three Valleys
Housing. Bob is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing
and a member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health,
with 40 years' experience in the housing sector at senior manager,
director and deputy CEO level.
The housing and regeneration consultant said: "Having been a
previous member of the Three Valleys Housing Board, I feel
privileged to be taking on the exciting and challenging role of
Chair. The organisation has strong leadership and massive
potential. I look forward to working closely with the Chief
Executive and his new ambitious team of Directors to help it
achieve its goals.
"My top priority is to help ensure we continue to improve the
level of service we provide to our customers, as well as keeping
over 5,000 TVH homes in a sound and comfortable condition. The
association is in a healthy financial position which means we can
look to the future with confidence."

Three Valleys Housing manages 5,800 homes in and around Long
Eaton, Ilkeston and Sandiacre. The organisation was established in
March 2002 to take ownership of housing stock transferred from
Erewash Borough Council.
It is one of the largest housing associations in Derbyshire.
Through its nationally-accredited Carelink Centre, it also supports
13,000 vulnerable people across the East Midlands, West Midlands
and Lancashire.
