DERWENT Living has appointed Sarah Day as its new housing
services manager.
Sarah, who is new to the company, will now be responsible for
services including allocations and full estate management for the
Derby-based housing provider.
In her new role, Sarah will manage the housing services team who
are tasked with delivering excellent customer services to you, our
customers.
Sarah has been working in housing for eight years and previously
worked at Trent & Dove Housing in Burton-on-Trent as a tenancy
enforcement officer.
In her new role as Sarah will be meeting face-to-face with
Derwent Living residents, as part of the organisation's drive to
improve its communication with its residents.
Sarah said: "I am really excited about joining Derwent Living. I
have worked in housing for over eight years and I saw the role as
an opportunity for me to progress to the next level. I am familiar
with all aspects of housing and feel like I have strong customer
facing skills which will benefit Derwent Living customers.
"I was particularly interested in joining Derwent Living as the
company has a real mix of properties which are spread across the
Midlands. I am looking forward to the challenge of the new role and
in particular in dealing with current issues, including ASB."
