Regional law firm MFG Solicitors, which has a dedicated legal
team devoted to older people, is to officially launch its Over 50s
Service in Shropshire on November 10 at Wyevale Garden Centre,
Telford.
The team will have a stand at the garden centre with information
and leaflets about the new service and MFG legal staff to answer
questions.
Discounts will be available for some services such as wills and
Lasting Powers of Attorney. Tuesday is the Donnington garden
centre's Pensioners' Day and the centre will be inviting its
customers to attend.
Fiona Barnes, head of MFG's private client division, said: "We
want our clients to be in a position where they are planning well
ahead for themselves as well as those well into retirement and will
talk to the younger family members on behalf of older
relatives.
"Our service is thought to be unique to MFG Solicitors and we
recognise that the over-50s are likely to have problems which need
especially sensitive handling"
