Prospective home-buyers who are looking to move in 2010 are
being given the chance to learn more about Miller Homes East
Midlands' affordable part-exchange initiative by attending three
special events being held across the region this weekend.
Between the hours of 11am to 4pm this Saturday and Sunday,
house-hunters are invited to visit the Dukes Mead development in
Bingham, Laurel Wolds at Cotgrave, and Trinity Park, Barrow upon
Soar, to find out more about how the scheme could benefit them and
take advantage of the expert advice on offer.
Miller Homes East Midlands' sales director, Joy Goodman,
commented: "Those who might be thinking about a move up the
property ladder in the New Year may want to consider our
part-exchange option as it has been specially designed to enable
them to move with confidence and ease.
"At these events, we hope people will be able to see first hand
what a hassle-free and effective option part-exchange can be when
looking to move home.
"With house prices currently the most affordable they have been
in years, now is the right time to buy new, and at Miller Homes we
pride ourselves on offering the right tools to make that
possible."
The Miller Homes part-exchange package works by cutting
advertising costs, home information pack fees and estate agent
fees. Those who qualify will benefit from the added security gained
from eliminating the risk of chain collapse.
