Midlands accountancy and business advisory firm Dains has made a
significant investment in their corporate services office with the
appointment of ex-Dealmaker of the Year, Roy Farmer as Corporate
Finance Partner.
Roy joins the firm having previously won the prestigious East
Midlands Dealmaker of the Year Award and has, during his career,
completed a wide range of high-profile transactions.
With 16 years' experience in accountancy, venture capital and
corporate finance, Roy brings a wealth of knowledge and practice in
providing owner-managed businesses with strategic advice. As well
as providing broad commercial advice, Roy will focus on helping
local companies with business disposals, raising finance and
business acquisitions, including advising on management
buyouts.
