Flint Bishop, one of the region's leading law firms, has
appointed Derby-based Brooks Digital Marketing to provide strategic
internet marketing advice in order to engage more closely with its
web users.
The firm, which has offices in Derby and Ashbourne, will be
working closely with Brooks Digital in order to widen the reach of
FB Wills Direct, its innovative 'at a distance' will writing
service that forms part of a growing online portfolio.
This service, which was launched by Flint Bishop in 2007, has
been developed in response to the changing face of the private
client legal market in England and Wales, with impending
deregulation and emergence of the 'supermarket law' era, which has
seen far more legal services being offered online.
More than five million consumers currently have access to FB
Wills Direct through a series of alliances with high profile
organisations including Oxfam, Breast Cancer Care and The
Children's Mutual.
Brooks Digital Marketing specialises in online marketing and
will employ the latest techniques in search engine optimisation and
social media to deliver a series of targeted messages to the heart
of FB Wills Direct's online consumer base.
Commenting on the partnership, Carl Weston, head of marketing at
Flint Bishop, said: "Keeping pace with the rapid shift in
consumer behaviour and expectations is core to our offering as a
modern day legal service provider. We feel that Brooks Digital
Marketing has the right blend of experience and creativity to take
our brands forward online."
Jason Brooks, digital marketing consultant at Brooks Digital
Marketing, added: "Our aim is to position FB Wills Direct as
an authority on will writing using a wide range of online channels
and by offering access to a fast, reliable online Will writing
service."
