National property and construction consultancy Wakemans has appointed a new Building Surveyor to strengthen its service offering in this growing sector.

Adrian Cartwright is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with 20 years experience in the construction industry across a wide range of sectors. He has particular expertise in party wall services, dilapidations and as an expert witness and will be leading the expansion of these services for Wakemans.
