The Crossroads Inn in Lincoln Road, East Barkwith is to go under
the hammer this month.
The pub which has a guide price of £125,000 is situated in
a popular village location. It will be sold off at auction on 20
October.
The heb auction, which will take place at the Nottingham Belfry
Hotel, will be the company's fourth this year. Heb's first three
auctions generated more than £5 million in sales and included
commercial and residential sales. Heb's third auction was the
one-off sale of The Jester public house in Sneinton,
Nottingham.
"We are very pleased with the results of our auctions so far,"
says Matt, who is an award-winning auctioneer. "Our first
auction was in March and since then we have had good auctions which
have attracted diverse buyers. We knew that this was the right move
in the current climate, and we were right."
The next heb auction will be held on 20 October 2009 at 2.30pm
at the Belfry Hotel, Nottingham Business Park, close to junction 26
of the M1.
