in Mill Street, Stafford
Despite the recession an entrepreneurial Staffordshire mother
and daughter team have just opened a new sandwich shop with a
difference in Stafford.
The aptly named 'Feast' opened its doors in Mill Street to the
public this week boasting a wide selection of fresh food available
for customers to 'design their own lunch' to take away.
Cathy & Rose Cheadle opened the shop at 45 Mill Street and
have renovated it to include a deli counter and salad bar, whilst
stocking a wide range of quality fresh food from local producers
including sandwiches, salads, panini's, hot roast rolls, cakes, tea
and coffee's.
Commented Cathy, "We are delighted to have secured the shop in
the town centre and within days we have attracted a lot of
customers and started to field enquiries from local company's
relating to the buffet lunches and other outside catering
facilities that we offer."
"Of course it is a difficult time to launch a new business
however, our market research suggested there was a gap in the
market for the kind of food we are offering. All of the food we
supply is freshly prepared on the premises and the response we have
received from satisfied customers in our first week is excellent,
particularly the comments on the extensive range of delicacies on
offer," said Rose.
Feast is open 8.30am - 3.00pm Monday to Saturday and can also be
ordered over the phone on 01785 243656
