Linda Herbert celebrate a total of 50 years with BHSF.
A mother and daughter team have clocked up 50 years service
between them at a Birmingham company.
Mum Linda Herbert and daughter Lisa Moore have been with
nationwide healthcare insurance company BHSF for 30 and 20 years
respectively.
They were two of nine employees to receive long service awards
for 10, 20 and 30 years' service from the chairman of BHSF Paul
Kanas at a special presentation held at the Ladywood
headquarters.

The company has introduced a new long service awards policy to
recognise the changing trends in employment. It now gives awards
after five, 10, 20, 30 and 40 years service and they include extra
days of annual holiday as well as either cheques or gifts to
varying values.
Peter Maskell, chief executive of BHSF, said: "The awards
recognise and reward loyalty and experience and encourage staff
retention and motivation.
"They are one of the most popular staff benefits, and we are
fortunate to have staff who have been with us from the beginning of
their working lives.
"The years Linda and her daughter Lisa have been with us are
typical of the dedication shown by the majority of our staff".
