Communications agency drpgroup have announced they are to expand
their events team as work load increases further.
drpgroup has already added three new members of staff to its
growing team in the past three months. Following the launch of a
new website and an innovative approach to business development, an
influx of new clients has made it imperative to add even more new
team members, starting at their Hartlebury offices.
drpgroup Managing Director Dale Parmenter has been able on take
on new team members due to the group's dedication to its recession
weathering tactics. Dale has long advocated increased marketing
spend, investment in people and sustained communication with
existing staff to ensure that productivity and quality of service
do not wane, especially in a time where staff might feel
insecure.
"We budgeted on breaking even for 200 however the year has
already exceeded our expectations. We are anticipating a
£500,000 net profit" says Dale Parmenter Managing
Director.
"Our huge investment in sales and marketing plan has worked, and
along with our continued investment in people and infrastructure,
we are in a very strong position for the future."
To make sure they handle the volume of new business coming in,
the group anticipates taking on a further 10 new team members in
the next few months. In particular the company is looking for
skilled project managers, experienced technical production managers
and individuals with expertise in incentive travel.
