Amey, one of the UK's leading public service providers, picked
up a prestigious award at the British Institute of Facilities
Management (BIFM) Investors in FM Excellence Awards.
Andy Ractliffe, an account director at Amey, was chosen as the
overall winner in the Facilities Manager (FM) of the Year category,
which recognises outstanding personal performance and career
development.
Mel Ewell, Amey chief executive, said: "My warmest

Andy, who is a member of BIFM and RICS, joined Amey in 1996,
becoming responsible for the HMCS and Highways Agency accounts, in
addition to Amey's own portfolio.
