Five thousand pounds worth of prizes will be up for grabs at
next month's Ideal Office Exhibition on 7th and 8th October at
Branston Hall Hotel in Lincolnshire.
During the two-day event guests will be invited to enter a draw
to win one of 13 prizes which include a Canon Digital Camera,
HP Notebook and two platinum club level tickets for Arsenal vs
Wolverhampton at the Emirates Stadium donated by CF Asset.
Also up for grabs are a Kodak digital camcorder, a DocuWare
Business License and a Fujitsu scanner among other items.
To be in with a chance of winning, visitors simply need to drop
their business card into a sealed box at the entrance to the
exhibition.
The draw is just one of a number of exciting activities taking
place during the show which aims to help businesses free
themselves from office clutter and improve their work
environment.
Live demonstrations, presentations and exhibits will be held by
leading office technology suppliers such as Canon, Hewlett
Packard, OKI, Philips, Fujitsu, Martin Yale and DocuWare, an
integrated document management company.
Karen Bramhall from Trupart Ltd in Doncaster is a DocuWare
customer and says such technologies have really improved their
operation.
"The introduction of DocuWare in our company has brought many
benefits and has had a substantial impact on the efficiency of
our office," said Karen.
"We're looking forward to seeing the new products and services
at the exhibition and hope to find other ways of improving the
running of Trupart, helping us to save money at the same
time."
The event organisers, Lincoln office equipment firm TBSL, have
just confirmed several more exhibitors at the show, which is
free to attend. These include Formscan, providers of
specialist form recognition software, and capital equipment
finance company CF Asset.
