A delegation of Birmingham businesses will be flying out to
Dusseldorf in November looking for new business opportunities. With
the economic downturn and the strength of the Euro, exporting is an
attractive option.
Medica 2009 is the global meeting place for the medical sector
and takes place from 19th to 20th November.
Midlands Enterprise Europe Network, part of Birmingham Chamber
of Commerce and Industry is inviting companies to attend an event
running alongside Medica which will give businesses the chance to
meet a wide variety of European companies.
Cathy Davies, European Information Centre Manager says: "This is
a great opportunity for companies, universities and research
institutions to find European partners for product development,
manufacturing and licensing agreements, joint ventures or other
types of partnership.
Topics will include electromedical, laboratory, rescue and
emergency and medical furniture equipment."
