Lighthouse Property Services in Lincoln is set to enjoy a well deserved team night out courtesy of HomeLet, the UK's leading insurance specialist for the lettings industry.

HomeLet, which in June this year launched a brand new product to protect tenants, Tenant's Contents Insurance +, challenged Lighthouse to go head to head with other agents in their region and reach the top of the HomeLet leader board.

They successfully rose to the challenge and went on to be the winners for the East Midlands region.

The new product is specifically designed to protect tenants, who can often neglect not only to insure their own possessions, but also their landlord's fixtures and fittings which often puts their deposits at risk.

Tenant's Contents Insurance + covers the tenant's own possessions and accidental damage against their landlord's possessions.

Lighthouse Director Jacqui Todd said: "We're delighted with this new product from HomeLet and are looking forward to our night out courtesy of them.

"The fact that we've managed to win this incentive just goes to show that many tenants find this a valuable necessity in today's cash-conscious climate."

HomeLet's Managing Director John Boyle said: "We're thrilled Lighthouse has won our summer incentive for the East Midlands region and look forward to strengthening our relationships with them even further over the coming months and years."

John went on to add: "We're constantly improving the products that we provide to our customers to ensure that we stay ahead of the market and continue to offer comprehensive cover at competitive prices."
