Rail consultancy Interfleet Technology has recruited Neil Cundy
as Technical Section Head within its maintenance services team.
Neil, an MBA and a qualified engineer who joins from
Railcare/Eye for Solutions, has accumulated a wide knowledge of the
rail industry since becoming a graduate power-train engineer 20
years ago.
Starting in design and moving into service and maintenance, Neil
has wide-ranging industry experience, including managing major
warranty contracts and setting up an international Design for
Maintenance department for a major manufacturer. His experience
also includes developing maintenance optimisation processes, design
for new-build projects and the development of advanced diagnostics
systems.

We provide a very wide range of services in this area, ranging from
high-level reviews of maintenance strategy, through to reliability
improvement studies and detailed maintenance documentation.
Neil also has experience of undertaking company-wide studies of
maintenance bid validity to improve date collection during
execution phases to ensure technical performance can be enhanced
and financial performance predicted.
