Law firm Harvey Ingram helped innovative new womenswear fashion
label GIVe, secure its first six UK sites.
The new brand is launched next month by retail fashion
entrepreneur George Davies, the man behind a string of high street
success stories at Next, George at Asda and Per una at Marks &
Spencer.
Thanks to Harvey Ingram's reputation in the market place,
partner and retail specialist Richard Miller, working closely with
leading London property agents CB Richard Ellis, helped oversee
negotiations to clinch key spots for GIVe at six prestigious
locations. They include the brand's flagship store on London's
Regent Street plus sites at Bluewater in Kent, Liverpool One,
Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, Sheffield's Meadowhall and
Kingston-upon-Thames.
GIVe's first stores open in early October. They will feature a
150-line affordable, luxury womenswear range that will go
head-to-head with high-end designer labels like Karen Millen,
Whistles and Ted Baker. The stores' opening will also be closely
linked to the launch of the brand's online offering.
George Davies says: "GIVe will offer affordable luxury to women
who appreciate quality, style and fashion. The brand is totally
fresh, exciting and reflects an attitude rather than age. I am
delighted we have been able to secure a string of top-notch retail
sites right across the UK that rightly reflect the new brand's
modern and innovative concept. The support and speed in completing
these transactions by Richard Miller of Harvey Ingram has been
exceptional".
Richard Miller says: "We are delighted to have contributed to
this very exciting and prestigious retail project. GIVe has
clinched a superb infrastructure of outlets to deliver the new
brand at prestigious sites right across the UK, helped by our legal
expertise and knowledge of the country's key shopping centres and
retail sites.
"George Davies' track record as a fashion retailer speaks for
itself and I am looking forward to watching GIVe go from
strength-to-strength."
