Leading merchant PTS whose headquarters are in Leicester has
been presented with an award by its largest customer British Gas.
The accolade recognises its exceptional performance when making
deliveries and its high standard of overall customer service.
PTS began supplying 50% of the products British Gas needs to
fulfil its average 100,000 installations per year in December 2007.
The leading supplier of plumbing, heating and sanitaryware has 13
key branches which are dedicated to consistently improving the
service and supply of product to British Gas.
Pete Woodward, PTS Director of the British Gas account, said:
