Eight food and drink firms from the East Midlands will be flying
the flag for local producers and businesses by attending a major
food fair under the banner of East Midlands Fine Foods.
The Speciality & Fine Food Fair, which takes place from
September 6th to 8th at Olympia, London, is one of the biggest
trade fairs of its type in the UK, and offers exhibitors the chance
to display their products in front of thousands of potential new
customers.
Representatives from delis, farm shops, independent retailers,
restaurants, hotels and caterers are among those who will be
looking for new artisan products to sell or serve up.
Support organisation East Midlands Fine Foods has secured a
stand at the event, and eight members have snapped up space. Some
will be launching new products.
East Midlands Fine Foods members joining the stand are:
• Drinks producer Belvoir Fruit Farms (near
Grantham, Lincolnshire)
• Ham, pate and poultry supplier The Country
Victualler (Winkburn Hall, near Newark, Notts.)

and Fine Food Fair is one of the highlights of the calendar for the
artisan food sector, and we are delighted that eight East Midlands
Fine Foods members are travelling with us and exhibiting under our
banner.
"We're proud of the food that's produced in the region and the
suppliers from the East Midlands who are importing and offering
unusual flavours from around the world, and hope that this trade
fair will help them to win new customers."

travelling to the Speciality and Fine Food Fair under the East
Midlands Fine Foods banner, added Jo.
