High Wycombe-based chartered accountants Seymour Taylor is
looking forward to offering its services to an even wider range of
clients in future after becoming part of the Hampden Group of
Companies.
Seymour Taylor, a member of the international MGI association,
has worked with the Hampden Group for over 30 years. The Hampden
Group, which is based just outside High Wycombe, specialises in
providing professional services to the insurance sector. The group
is always looking to increase the range of services it offers to
its clients, and can now add Seymour Taylor's tax advice, payroll,
accounts, auditing and business advisory services to its
portfolio.
Seymour Taylor partner Bill Johnston said: "The partners and
staff here see this change as an extremely beneficial move for us
all and we foresee a very positive impact on our service level to
our clients.
"Seymour Taylor will continue to be run by the people our
clients know. There will be some minor administration, legal and
system changes over the next few months but I don't anticipate
these causing any inconvenience."
MGI chief executive Paul Winder added: "This is a professional
services group looking to build up a strong accountancy arm, and
being associated with them marks an exciting new development for
us.
"Being part of MGI has allowed Seymour Taylor to expand while
retaining its independence and we look forward to working with the
firm as it continues to move forward in the future."
