Walsall is continuing to prove a popular business location
reports St. Modwen, the UK's leading regeneration specialist, which
has just three properties remaining at its Walsall Enterprise
Park.
Having successfully completed previous phases totalling 250,000
sq ft of industrial development at the Enterprise Park, St. Modwen
has continued to meet demand for commercial units in the area with
the creation of a final phase offering a further nine business
units.
Just three of these new units now remain available offering
space from 5,015 sq ft to 6,760 sq ft at a purchase price of
£60 psf or to lease at £5 psf.

Power floated reinforced concrete floors have a load bearing
capacity of 37.5Kn per sq m and all units incorporate mains
