The Belmont Hotel in De Montfort Street, Leicester has appointed
David Bailey as Head Chef. David, 40, is married and lives in
Oakham. He joins from the Finches Arms in Hambleton and
before that was Head Chef at London's Cadogan Hotel.
Project Manager James Bowie said: "We're delighted that David
has joined us to run the team in our busy hotel kitchen. He
brings a wealth of experience and lots of great menu ideas for our
restaurant which will continue to use fresh local ingredients and
serve exciting modern European style food."
David's favourite signature dish is pan fried fillet of sea
bass, herb potato cake, baby carrots & lime tomato salsa.
