With Blusource Professional Services Ltd not yet a year old the
company's chief executive, well-known East Midlands entrepreneur,
Andrew Springhall has acquired the freehold of two substantial
Nottingham city centre buildings for an undisclosed sum.
The buildings, in the heart of the city's professional quarter
will become head quarters of the rapidly developing search and
selection consultancy.
With the company primed to relocate from its current West
Bridgford base to 13 Clarendon Street, Springhall has already
started the redevelopment programme which is on track to turn the
stunning Victorian buildings into superb state-of -the-art
reception; offices; communal working and networking areas for the
regions' professional community. Adjacent at No 15 there will be a
limited amount of exclusive managed office space to let.
Springhall announced: "Blusource will operate from No 13 -
definitely a lucky number as far as I am concerned, with No 15 let
as serviced office space to a number of selected professional
firms."
Katy Marlow, Berryman and Paul Goodacre, Ibis Estates acted on
behalf of Springhall.
The firm is looking to relocate to the new building in September
2009.
