Browne Jacobson has continued to invest in its specialist
Intellectual Property (IP) team by recruiting new associate Emma
Tuck.
Emma joins the firm after having spent the last seven years at
Wragge & Co LLP, where she dealt with a mix of complex IP
cases, as well as commercial disputes relating to a wide range of
IP matters. Having acted for a number of organisations on
trademark, patent and the licensing of IP assets, Emma will bolster
Browne Jacobson's existing team and develop its services in this
key area.
Browne Jacobson is seen as being one of strongest IP specialists
outside of London and this latest appointment marks a period of
rapid expansion for the15-strong team which in recent months has
seen the arrival of Partner Mark Daniels and Associate Sara

their IP rights in challenging economic times," comments Declan
Cushley, intellectual property partner at Browne Jacobson. "Emma's
experience in the field is perfectly in line with our national IP
offering and her specialism in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical
sectors will boost our full range of market-leading IP
services."
