Derby-based independent mortgage advisors, Mortgage Arena, have teamed up with one of the Midlands' best-known auctioneers and estate agents to offer expert financial mortgage advice to its home buyers.

Mortgage Arena, which provides independent, whole market, mortgage advice, will work alongside Graham Penny Estates, the sister company of leading property auctioneers, Graham Penny Auctions, to offer its clients a 'one stop' shop for all their home buying and mortgage requirements.

Anyone buying a property from Graham Penny Estates will now be given the option to be referred to Mortgage Arena for mortgage advice and information, where they will be able to discuss suitable mortgage solutions with one of the company's expert advisors.

The collaboration follows the recent launch of Mortgage Arena's innovative 'Rent to Buy Scheme', which aims to help buyers with little or no deposit to get on or climb the property ladder. The company has already received tremendous response from buyers to this scheme and has seen a steady increase in enquiries overall, to that of last year.
