Derby-based independent mortgage advisers, Mortgage Arena, have
found an innovative solution which will help buyers with little or
no deposit to get on or climb the property ladder.
The company, which provides independent, whole of market,
mortgage advice, has launched a new 'rent to buy' scheme in
response to the increasing demand from its customers for a mortgage
that doesn't require a minimum deposit.
The rent to buy mortgage is aimed at first time buyers and
previous homeowners with a good credit rating who are looking to
buy, but are perhaps struggling to get a deposit together or need
to move quickly due to their own circumstances.
Working closely with local estate agents and auction houses,
Mortgage Arena has compiled a portfolio of properties, which are
currently vacant and up for sale. The vendors are keen to make a
sale and have agreed to the terms of the rent to buy scheme.
