Communication company drpgroup has added three new members of
staff to its growing team. Following the launch of the new drpgroup
website and an innovative approach to business development, an
influx of new clients has made it imperative to add team members to
the group's London and Hartlebury facilities.
Natalie Tomlinson has joined the London office as an
administration assistant, helping to deal with the growing demand
on drpgroup's team in the capital. Working closely with major
clients Sainsbury's, Natalie has facilitated the smooth running of
drpgroup's London facility and injected a new level of customer
service and organisation into the Covent Garden-based office.
Callum Gill has also become part of the London team as a
copywriter, bolstering drpgroup's creative services. With the
communications industry becoming more and more content-led and the
advent of social media, drpgroup saw hiring an individual with the
potential to deliver quality written material, combined with
knowledge of social media communication avenues, as the next
logical step.
Duncan Weaver has become part of drpgroup's thevenuepot service,
lending his passion for customer satisfaction and expert
negotiating skills to the team. Over the past few years,
thevenuepot has built a formidable reputation in the events
industry for providing a venue-finding service that goes above and
beyond the norm, delivering venues to clients that don't just seem
perfect, but are perfect. The recent increase in demand for
thevenuepot's service made it essential for a passionate events
co-ordinator to join the team and Duncan has immediately impressed
with his knowledge and enthusiasm for the industry.
drpgroup Managing Director Dale Parmenter has been able on take
on new team members due to the group's dedication to its
recession-weathering tactics. Dale has long advocated increased
marketing spend, investment in people and sustained communication
with existing staff to ensure that productivity and quality of
service do not wane, especially in a time where staff might feel
insecure.
He said: "Avoiding the recession-fuelled, knee-jerk reaction of
reducing time and budgets dedicated to these initiatives has paid
dividends for drpgroup. They have been able to generate the level
of new business to make these appointments essential."
