Association (NOEA).
Prima Direct - the Leicestershire-based manufacturer and
supplier of flooring and access systems - has been given a huge pat
on the back by the National Outdoor Events Association (NOEA).
The company's most recent accolade is the 'Production
Partnership Tribute' presented by NOEA for the team's work on the
prestigious EN Deals of the Year ceremony, held at Manchester's MEN
Arena.
Prima was commissioned to manufacture and install 24,000 sq ft
of jet black carpet to transform the venue into a fabulous rock
themed event, in honour of host, Rick Wakeman of the rock group
YES! The project was, to date, the largest single turnkey carpet
contract the company has ever undertaken.
Dave Ward, event manager for EN made a special trip to
Leicestershire to share in the celebrations at Prima's new
purpose-built Lutterworth HQ:
"This was our first partnering project and we quickly
established an excellent rapport due to our similar work ethic.
Feedback on the event was extremely complimentary and we are
looking forward to working with the PRIMA team again to hopefully
create many more award-winning events!"
With the season well underway, the Prima team has been involved
in many events throughout the UK, including the Grand Prix at
Silverstone; Cheltenham races; Glastonbury and Wimbledon.
