Industry-leading Nottingham based Octavian Security has further
strengthened its credentials in the sports and leisure sector
following its appointment to protect one of the leading training
venues in Wales.
With its reputation for providing first-class manned provision,
and its ability to offer strategic security advice, Octavian has
been recruited to provide overnight manned guarding services at the
Welsh Institute of Sport in Cardiff.
Octavian is also working closely with the management at the
Institute to ensure that its requirements are being met and is
advising on other potential opportunities to further improve
security at the site.
The Welsh Institute of Sport is a high performance centre,
providing state-of-the-art facilities for sportsmen and women at
the top of their game. The Institute, owned and operated by the
Sports Council for Wales, is the training base for a number of
Olympians and Paralympians and it also works closely with a number
of national governing bodies of sport - including the Federation of
Disability Sport Wales.
