The Stourbridge-based Western Region of Mansell Construction has
been awarded a contract worth nearly £4 million to refurbish
hospitality suites at Aston Villa Football Clubs ground.
The major project includes the complete refurbishment of the
Holte End suite and the Park Suite as well as the Sky Box. The
scheme involves stripping out existing function rooms and boxes and
completely refitting them. The project is due for completion later
this summer.
The contract award follows hard on the heels of the
refurbishment of hospitality suites and offices in the Trinity Road
stand. This £3.5 million project was completed by Mansell in
record time.
Mansell's commercial manager Andy Price said, "This project is
on a very tight timescale with deadlines that can't be missed if
the work is to avoid disruption to next season's home fixture
schedule. We've met that challenge once and we look forward to
meeting it again."
