The Stourbridge-based Western region of construction services
company Mansell has launched a new Health division to look after
health service contracts across the Midlands.
Mansell has successfully completed several significant health
contracts in recent years, including large scale primary care and
extra care facilities, hospital extensions and refurbishments. Now,
this work has been pulled together under a dedicated health
team.
Leading the team is Martin Farrell, who was previously
construction manager of Mansell's Building Solutions division.
Martin Farrell said members of the team had been working
together for some time and had extensive experience in the health
sector.
"With NHS statistics showing that patient environments can
significantly improve the healing process, the importance of
working with the right design and build team is more evident than
ever. The new Health division offers excellence in customer
satisfaction, which is reflected in the high proportion of repeat
business opportunities and the ability to deliver national targets
without compromising local needs," he said.
Mansell is a construction partner of choice with national
capability and regional delivery to the community. Through various
procurement models with both public and private sector customers,
the company develops long term sustainable relationships in
specific market sectors, including affordable housing, education,
health, defence, airports, interiors and commercial, culture and
heritage..
