Phil Quiggin, Head of Office Agency at national commercial
property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton's (LSH's) Nottingham
office, has been invited to sit on the judging panel for the 2009
East Midlands Property Awards.
Phil and his fellow judges will select from a shortlist of the
best buildings, schemes and the top teams in property who have
demonstrated evidence of best practice across the full range of
property disciplines throughout the last year.
The categories Phil and the panel will be judging include:
• Property Deal of the Year
• Commercial Developer of the Year
• Public Building Award
• Design Excellence Award
• Agent of the Year
• Consultant of the Year
• Regeneration Project of the Year
• Sustainable Development of the Year
• Construction Firm of the Year
Speaking of his role as a judge, Phil said: "I'm delighted to be
involved in the judging process for the East Midlands Property
Awards, which will highlight the crème de la crème of
the East Midlands property sector.
"It has been an extremely challenging year for everyone involved
in the commercial property market and the awards will recognise the
hard work and dedication of all those who continue to battle
through these tough times."
The winners will be revealed at the East Midlands Property
Dinner, now in its ninth year, on Thursday 1st October 2009 at the
East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham.
