Loughborough-based contractor and developer William Davis Ltd has welcomed G&H Associates onto its prestigious Gresley Business Park at Tetron Point, Swadlincote, South Derbyshire. 

G&H Associates, specialists in assisting businesses in the acquisition of grant funding for research and development, has relocated from its current HQ in Burton-Upon-Trent to office A2 on the park, which comprises 1924 sq ft, in order to satisfy the growing demands of the business.   

Gresley Business Park, located on the A444 trunk road in Swadlincote, is a new development comprising nine, two-storey modern offices. Each unit features double glazed acoustic windows, door entry system, carpeting, heating and lighting throughout, facilities and on-site car parking.
