Burton College has been awarded the Training Quality Standard
(TQS) in recognition of the quality of provision offered by its
employer engagement service.
Developed by the LSC, TQS has been designed to reflect
employers' priorities and expectations in sourcing training. Burton
is one of only 35 colleges nationally to receive the award
following a rigorous assessment looking at quality, capability and
performance.
Employer engagement director Howard Boswell said: "Our success
in gaining certification demonstrates our competence in and
commitment to achieving the highest standards in the delivery of
training to employers."
