The world's leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of
woodworking and panel processing equipment is set to expand
following a move to larger premises.
Nottingham-based SCM Group (UK) has recently moved to Blenheim
House, a 37,696 sq ft unit Camberley Road, Nottingham.
Lambert Smith Hampton's (LSH) Nottingham office acquired the
long leasehold of the newly refurbished premises on behalf of the
firm, which are close to their UK headquarters on Blenheim
Industrial Estate, in a deal worth £2.1m.
The relocation represents real growth within SCM Group and will
enable the firm to have an extended showroom and demonstration
area, plus additional training facilities for its existing and
future customers.
