Lighthouse Property Services is making life easier for
prospective tenants in Lincoln by offering evening property
viewings throughout the week.
The lettings firm previously held after-work viewings on
Tuesdays only but has extended this to all week nights following
the success and increasing demand for the service.
Prospective tenants can now request to see a property after 5pm
from Monday to Friday. Daytime viewings are available throughout
the week and on Saturdays.
Lighthouse Managing Director Tim Clark says the move to increase
property viewing times is advantageous to both landlords and
potential tenants.
Tim said: "We are continually looking to improve our services
and began evening viewings on Tuesdays with the aim of rolling it
out to other week nights.
"The later times will help us to maximise the chances of
securing tenants for our landlords' properties and will give
prospective tenants the flexibility to fit viewings into their busy
lives."
