Joanne Baldwin, FCCA, and Mark Howell, ACA, have both been promoted to partner from their previous roles as senior managers at Halesowen based accountants Nicklin LLP

 Joanne has been with Nicklin LLP since 2005 and headed up the audit department. She qualified as a Certified Accountant in 1995 with a medium sized independent practice before moving to a top 10 firm, where she worked as an audit manager for eight years before joining Nicklin LLP.

Her experience has ranged from multi-million pound companies to small family run companies, and in a range of specialist sectors such as pension schemes, charities and friendly societies.

Mark first joined Nicklin LLP in April 2006, having direct contact with a portfolio of. He trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997 with a Birmingham City firm where he progressed from a junior to director during his 13 years employment, during which time he became Finance Director as well as audit and compliance manager.
