Appointments Personnel started life with just a three-strong team and at a time when the global economy was in recession. However, the company has continually met all challenges and their recent growth in staff has been complimented by a landmark move to modern, spacious offices at the Parklands Business Park, Trent Vale. Appointments Personnel has seen rapid growth in recent times, increasing its own team from six to 16 staff over the last three years.

Over two decades, Appointments Personnel has worked closely with hundreds of businesses, primarily within North Staffordshire and South Cheshire, and the firm has grown a reputation as a trusted advisor, connecting local companies with the right candidates for jobs time after time.

Founded by Kerry Bonfiglio, the family business is now run by Kerry’s sister, Emma Bonfiglio.

“Kerry built extremely strong foundations for the business and I have been able to build on them,” said Emma. “I was given a fantastic grounding in the business, experiencing every job role in the office before taking over as Managing Director around seven years ago
