1 week until The Donna Louise’s Christmas concert

Five local acts are preparing to entertain guests at The Donna Louise’s Christmas Concert, sponsored by Michelin, at the Victoria Hall on Thursday 13th December.

Local teenage singer Lissy Taylor will join Stafford Military wives choir, Rock Choir and Pepper St Performing Arts choir to sing a whole host of well-known songs, as well as some festive favourites. While young dancers from Happy Feet Performance Academy will perform a dance routine.

Tickets for the event are on sale now at: www.thedonnalouise.org priced at £9.65 for adults, £8.15 for children and £29.60 for a family ticket (fees apply). Doors will open at 5.45pm, with the concert starting at 6.30pm.

Daisy Franklin, Event Manager at The Donna Louise, said, “Our first Christmas concert last year was great fun, and despite the snowy weather outside, everyone had a great time, with some amazing performances by our choirs and dancers.

“This year our concert will be held in the stunning Victoria Hall which, with its great acoustics, will lend itself perfectly to this event. We’re looking forward to raising the roof with festive favourites, well-loved songs and great dance performances.

“And, not only will guests have a great night out, they’ll enjoy the show knowing that they’re making a huge difference to the local families who rely on the services of The Donna Louise. We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone on the night.”

On the night there will also be a few festive stalls for guests to enjoy, including mince pies and mulled wine, handmade gifts and other Christmassy treats.
